If you would like to create and assign a new Dispatcher, you can do so as long as you have access to the Field Service Admin application.

Choose App
  1. Locate and click on the App Launcher located on the far-left side of the page, just below the Salesforce blue cloud.  This should look like 9 dots.
  2. In the Search field, type Field Service Admin and select it from the list.
Assigning a Dispatcher
  1. Locate and Select Field Service Settings on the navigation bar.
  2. Locate the Getting Started section and click on the Go to Guided Setup button.
  3. Click on the Create Dispatcher and Agents link on the left side of the page (item number 4).
  4. Click on the Add button and choose the User needed at the top of the screen.  You will be able to select from Users created in your Salesforce org.
  5. Choose the Service Territory that your new Dispatcher will be dispatching for, then click on the Assign Service Territories button.
Notes:
  • You can change a Dispatcher's Service Territory by hovering your cursor over the User (Dispatcher), and clicking Edit. Image Placeholder
  • You can manage Dispatcher licenses from this screen as well, by clicking the Dispatcher/Agent license buttons on the right side of each user.
