Formstack offers a full suite of workplace productivity tools that automate manual processes, deliver solutions quicker, and go from idea to workflow —all with clicks and no coding. 

The Formstack Suite enables users to design and connect Formstack Forms, Documents, and Sign together via individual integrations or easily managed workflows on participating plans 

What does the Formstack Suite include?

Formstack Forms: Drag-and-drop form and workflow builder that enables users to collect data and automate processes.
Formstack Documents: Document creator that allows users to create, deliver, and store documents.
Formstack Sign: eSignature solution to collect secure digital signatures for documents and forms from any device. 
Workflows: Visual automation builder used to design and deploy workflows connecting Formstack Forms, Documents, and Sign together. 


How do I connect my Formstack apps? 

While you can use each Formstack app individually, optimize the suite of products by integrating the products. 



For example, a user could fill out a new hire form, have that information captured in a company-branded document, and then have the employee and manager review and sign all with the use of Formstack integrations or Workflows. 
Formstack Suite Add-Ons

Include additional tools to your Formstack Suite Teams plans with add-ons: 
  • Platform SSO: Simplify your workday, manage users, and prefill forms by using your identity provider to control access to your Formstack account users. 
  • Platform API: Use the Formstack Platform open REST API to generate custom documents with data from your applications. 
  • Platform Salesforce: Automate your Salesforce workflows by connecting your CRM to Formstack
NOTE: Formstack Platform Salesforce add-on is available for Suite Starter and Teams plans.
