Activate Your Account 

You will receive a “Welcome to Salesforce!” email that includes a link to your organization’s Salesforce site and your login information. The link logs you into the site automatically.

  1. Check your email for your login information.
  2. Click the Verify Account link provided in the email.

The site prompts you to set a password and choose a question and answer to verify your identity in case you forget your password.

  1. Enter New Password.
  2. Re-type Password.
  3. Use Drop-down to select Security Question.
  4. Enter Answer.
  5. Click Change Password.

Login After Activation 

Once you have activated your Salesforce account, you can log in from anywhere there is Wi-Fi using a computer, laptop, iPad or iPhone.

To log in to a new session:

  1. Enter “login.Salesforce.com” in your Google Chrome browser.
  2. Click the Username field and enter your username.
  3. Click the Password field and enter your password.
  4. Click Log In.
