From the Salesforce Home Page, click the Setup Gear > Setup > Data > Data Export > Schedule Export:
On the Weekly Export Service page:
Determine which options to include in the export (screenshot #1)
Determine the Frequency of the export (screenshot #2)
Determine what information to include in the import by selecting “Include all data” or identify specific objects (screenshot #3)
Save the selections
When the Salesforce export is completed, the files are stored as zip files in the Setup > Data > Data Export >. In addition, a notification is sent to the user who scheduled the export.
Please note that depending on the amount of data, the export could be broken up into multiple files. Files are deleted 48 hours after the email notification is sent to the user (not including weekends). It is also a best practice to schedule a reminder to download the export, so that the export isn’t deleted before it was downloaded.
