Associate a Note to Multiple Records
1. On a Contact record, hoover over the Notes quick link and the Notes related list will display. If the quick links are not available on the Contact record, click the Related tab and locate the Notes related list. Click New.

2. On the Notes popup, enter a Note title and content. Click the Add to Records button.

3. In the Search Bar, click the drop-down to select the object type of the record you wish to associate with the note. If the record you wish to associate the note is a Contact, then select the Contact object.

Once the object type is selected, in the search bar, enter and select the name of the record. Multiple object/record types can be selected.

Once all records have been added, click Add, the Note will display and the related records are shown on the Note. Click Done.
