To create a folder to store reports or dashboards, follow the steps below. This is only for Lightning experience.


1. On the Reports or Dashboards tab, click New Folder (we use the Reports tab in our example, but instructions are the same for creating Dashboard folders).

2. Name the folder. You cannot have more than one report or dashboard folder with the same name as another report or dashboard folder.

3. Click Save.



The folder is now listed on the Reports or Dashboards menu under Created by Me. You can select the folder when saving a report or dashboard.
