Creating a Teamwork Desk Account

To create a Teamwork Desk Account for your organization, follow these instructions. 

1. Create an account via this link: Provisio Support Portal (It is free!)
2. In the top right corner, click Sign Up.
3. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and password.
4. Click Sign Up.
5. Check your email for the verification message.
6. Open the email and click on the verification link (highlighted below).

 Congrats! Your account has been created! Be sure to bookmark the Support Portal Home Page.

 

Utilization of the Customer Portal

When you complete the verification process, you will be taken to the Provisio Partners Customer Support Portal. You can utilize this portal to:
  • Submit support requests
  • View and contribute to current open tickets
  • Communicate with the Provisio Customer Support Team
